Elkins Machine & Tool specializes in Stainless Steel work, as well as Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Plastic and other exotic materials.

One of Elkins’ key qualities is its ability to make its own form tooling, which makes it difficult to beat when it comes to fast turnarounds. That tool making includes PEPS Wire EDM procedures that turn three- or four-week jobs into three- and four-day jobs.

The company’s Screw Machining Division specializes in Stainless Steel products and fast turnaround of orders. It is supported by a Second Operations Division, which specializes in seating and threading, Stainless Steel, 1018 Steel and exotic materials. The CNC Division (partner Multi Machining Capabilities), which is located right next door, specializes in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Engineering and Prototyping.

The Quality Control Division is ISO 9001:2015 certified including two full-time QC staffers and NIST and A2LA accredited standards and tracking through Unipoint software.

Its Shipping Division moves 100,000-parts weekly without error and includes a complete package tracking and stocking (with release requirement) capabilities.
